Governor’s Youth Art Exhibition

OAEF/OAEA Scholarship

OAEA is a proud sponsor of the Ohio Governor’s Youth Art Exhibition.  The Ohio Governor’s Youth Art Exhibition (OGYAE) is a program of the Ohio Alliance for Arts Education and is in partnership with the Ohio Governor’s Office, Ohio Department of Education and Workforce, and the Ohio Arts Council.  The OGYAE offers students from across Ohio the opportunity to step into competition, raise their art abilities and gain confidence to reach personal goals.

The Ohio Art Education Foundation sponsors a scholarship chosen from the top 300 winners of the Governor’s Youth Art Exhibition. OAEA member teachers may submit an application for this scholarship program on behalf of their student(s). A $700 scholarship will go to the winner’s chosen college, and their art teacher will receive a $300 grant to enrich their high school art program.
