Honoring Jan Brasier

On May 13th family and friends gathered together to honor Jan Brasier (1933-2019). COVID delayed this celebration of her life, but George Liston and Sue Ayers were in attendance to represent the Fellows.

Jan was a longtime OAEA member and active volunteer serving a variety of roles, such as OAEA Secretary, Elementary Division Chair, and West Region RD. She was inducted into the Distinguished Fellows in 1997.  Jan was loved by all as a dedicated teacher, quilt artist, and creative soul fondly remembered for her use of items most people would throw away.
